What’s Included?

  • -See Step One. It’s all about the barrel, baby.
     

Deposit

  • 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of order. You gotta commit to this legendary journey.
     

Customizations

  • Fancy extras like custom mash bills, labels, stoppers, and proofs? Sure thing, but expect extra charges and some patience for approval.
     

Grain Requirements

  • Each batch needs 600 lbs of grain. Bringing your own? It better be up to spec—16% moisture or less. No soggy grains here!
     

Grain Delivery

  • Deliver it yourself or send it via courier. We’ll take it in buckets, bags, seedboxes—pretty much anything that holds grain.
     

Aging Options

  • Pick it up pre-aged or let us age it up to 6 months. All spirits must leave the distillery in a sealed bottle. Once it's yours, age it as long as you like.
     

Pickup

  • Collect your liquid treasure at our distillery or tasting room. No shipping across state lines—we're law-abiding folks.
     

Custom Proofs

  • Want a special proof? We can talk, but it needs to fit TTB timelines and might require new formulas and labels. Patience is a virtue.

Wildcat made the whole experience so easy! I messaged Amanda during harvest about doing the best birthday gift for my husband as he loves whiskey! I hauled my corn down to their distillery and Brad gave me a rundown of how it would all go. They put so much thought into the crafted wooden box with our farm name on top, the wooden barrel it was aged in, each bottle has our farm name on it, and a copper whiskey thief. You can tell quality is a top priority!
