At Wildcat Distilling Co., our whiskey begins long before it reaches the still. We raise our own grain on our Iowa farm, mill it ourselves and distill it with sweet spring water drawn from that same land. Local ingredients add the finishing touch.

Our Spirits
Every New Iowa Legend begins on our family farm. We raise the grain, mill it ourselves and distill it with sweet spring water flowing from the same land. You can find our whiskies at our tasting room and select grocery and liquor stores throughout Iowa. If you’re unable to locate us, simply request our products from the store and they can order from the Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division Website.
