Distilled from a legendary moonshine staple, Jimmy Red Corn, that was nearly lost to history. Famed for its sweetness and unique flavor profile of cinnamon, marzipan, and light cherry, this bootlegger's favorite almost went extinct once prohibition ended. Thanks to two ears of corn salvaged from an old moonshiner's plot, the legacy of the Jimmy Red returns as a new Iowa legend in our new unaged whiskey.SINGLE POUR

In honor of the original Wildcat Tillman, Grandpa Al Isakson, we've created a three-grain whiskey that showcases his strong belief that when things are done with care and done right, they can stand the test of time. This traditional recipe blend of corn, wheat, and rye proves just that and captures the proud yet spicy nature of rye tempered by the earthy sweet notes of wheat. Tillman's provides a classic whiskey taste with strong but perfectly balanced flavors. Tilled, milled, and distilled on our farm and brought together by aging in new oak barrels. The story of any fine whiskey begins where the till meets the earth, at the Plow Point. Turning over the soil for the grain to be grown, this light rye whiskey from Wildcat Distilling Co. started just the same. Planted in the rich Iowa dirt of our farm, this custom blend of corn and rye has been tilled, milled, and distilled right on our family farm and aged in new oak barrels.
