Guided Tasting Experience

Join us on the first Saturday of every month for a one-of-a-kind guided tasting experience at the Wildcat Distillery Tasting Room. All customers must have tickets ahead of time. Get your tickets at the button below!

Guided Tastings

• First Saturday of every month

• 12:30 - 1:00 pm

• 1:15 - 2:15 pm

• 2:30 - 3:30 pm

Included in the Experience

• An intimate group presentation format

• The presentation will explain the distillation  process, different products, and our story

• Post presentation, attendees are invited to order a cocktail at their charge

Costs and Cancellations

• $25 per person must be paid in advance

• A sample tasting of up to all 6 of our custom products

• Cancellations are non-refundable

• Rescheduling is allowed one time with more than a weeks notice

Event Rental for the
Wildcat Distilling Room

Do you have a event coming up? Bridal showers, birthday parties, class reunions, or anniversary parties are just a few examples of times to rent the distilling room!

Monday-Wednesday Events

• Minimum 2 weeks notice before event

• $150 rental fee - due at time of booking

• This will reserve the space from 4-8pm on selected day

Thursday-Saturday Rentals

• Minimum 4 weeks notice

• $250 rental fee- due at time of booking

• Minimum in $1000 in sales. If sales are not met, rental party will pay remainder of $1000

• This will reserve the space for 4 hours: 4-8pm,

5-9pm, or 6-10pm

• Additional rental time will be $250 per hour

Rental Information

What the rental fee will include:

• Bar service with two bartenders

• Signage that the space is closed for a private event and notification on the website as well

• Seating for 40 people

• Clean up after the event

• Use of the supplied games, speaker bar, and Smart TV’s

• Guided tastings can be added to event as well for $20 per person. Cost will count towards $1,000 in sales

Other Information

• Full drink menu, non-alcoholic drinks, and merchandise will be available for purchase

• Food may be catered in. Caterer will be responsible for set up, warming burners, food service tables, etc.

• Rental Party is responsible for coordination with the caterer

• Caterer is allowed access to the space for 30 minutes pre-event & post-event for set-up and tear-down

• You may bring in additional seating if you would like, for up to an additional 10-15 people for a total of 55 maximum

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel the event 15 days or more prior to the scheduled event date you will receive a full refund of your rental fee

• If you cancel the event within 14 days of the event date you will forfeit your rental fee
